Upper arm lift for attractive upper arms

The upper arms are a problem area for many patients – similar to the thigh region.

Often and despite successful dietary changes and sport, excess skin and fatty tissue cannot be satisfactorily reduced. An upper arm lift can reduce excess fat and skin tissue to make you feel more comfortable. The visible result of an upper arm lift is an improvement of the contour of the upper arm.

About Upper Arm Lifting

General information

Depending on the findings, we perform a minimally invasive mini upper arm lift or an extended upper arm lift. To do this, we will first get to know you in a detailed consultation so that we can work out the best treatment plan together with you.

During an upper arm lift operation, existing fat deposits are removed first by liposuction, followed by the removal of the sagging and excess skin, whereby care is taken to ensure that the proportions of the forearm remain intact.
As a rule, a fine scar remains. This is always ‘hidden’ on the inside of the upper arms and fades visibly over the next three to six months. The removal of the stitches ist not necessary as absorbable suture material is used.

The upper arm operation takes place under general anaesthesia. Depending on the extent of the operation, you will be able to socialise and work again after one to two weeks. However, compression garments should be worn for the following six weeks.
